The Founder.
About Me
I grew up bilingual in the southern tip of Texas, the Rio Grande Valley — Spanish at home, English at school, navigating two worlds from day one. I've taught English in the U.S., Spain, and Italy. I hold an MBA (4.0 GPA), a Fulbright Scholarship, and active ESOL certifications in Maryland and Texas. I'm currently an English teacher at one of the largest school districts in the country.
After earning my MBA in 2022, I moved to Spain and learned about the "Speak Truth to Power" curriculum— teaching people to find their voice and own their story. Then in 2023, I came to the East Coast and dove deep into restorative justice and equity-driven instruction.
I built Camino Academy because I know what it feels like to have ideas in two languages but only be able to express them fully in one — and I know what it costs you when that gap isn't closed. I'm not just your coach. I'm your guide.

I'm passionate about using business to create real opportunities for communities like the one that raised me. Because at the end of the day business isn't just transactional — it's about real people and real impact.
