Session & Booking Policy— Camino Academy LLC

Sessions

• Standard coaching sessions are 1 hour unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Sessions are booked through Camino Academy’s online booking tools (including Wix Bookings).

• Sessions start at the scheduled time. Time lost to late arrival is not made up.

• You need a reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. Technical issues on your side are not automatically credited or rescheduled.

  
  

Cancellation & rescheduling

• 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule (booking platform, email, or WhatsApp).

• Under 24 hours: the session counts as used (deducted from a package or forfeited if a single session).

• No-show: counts as used — no refund, credit, or makeup.

• If coach cancels, we reschedule at no extra cost.

  
  

Packages

• Packages include 1-hour sessions.

• Use all sessions within 3 months (90 days) of purchase.

• Unused sessions after 90 days expire and are non-refundable.

• No refunds on unused sessions. Transfers to another person may be available with written approval.

• Packages are not paused or extended except in documented emergency or hardship cases, at Camino Academy’s discretion.

  
  

Refunds

• Coaching sessions and packages: Final sale. No refunds for completed, missed, late-canceled, or expired sessions.

• Digital courses: Non-refundable after any content is accessed. If unused, request a refund within 7 days of purchase at cesar@caminoacademy.net.

• Camino Community: Cancel before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds.

  
  

Free mini-lesson

Prospective clients may book a complimentary 15-minute mini-lesson. Booking means you agree to respectful conduct and these policies for that session.
